i wish.... watch out for the short halis. we couldnt get past em. ill be out there saturday all day though for the record

Yea I work weekends, my days off are tues and wed and this week I dont even get wed off so im getting out while I can.

I had gotten all my gear & rigs prepped last night. Alarm set at 4am, hit the snooze till 430am, but couldnt wake up! Seems like i dont have any motivation to wake up if i fish alone :(

I'm the same way. I can wake up at anytime on any sleep to fish with someone else. But, then there are days like yesterday where I was going solo. I overslept by 1.5hrs :(

Haha I never made it out either ended up jist jumping on the half day at dana point. Fishing sucked but there was a 20lb sheep head landed.

You know I find that if you wake up late and get on the water by noon, you can usually get free bait from someone coming in that woke up at 4. And, you'll get a good fish report too ;)

Maybe if I can get ahold of my imaginary friend again, then maybe I can start waking up without hitting the snooze button :reddy:

Just an FYI there is a SBS Tournament this Saturday at Newport which will most likely have about 40 boats fishing the docks, eel grass and mooring cans.

Can wait to read the report. I know Moyer wants to see it to.
