Was this you fishing in Carlsbad

I was driving down coast highway Monday morning and saw 2 yaks about to head out through the surf at north ponto in Carlsbad. I believe they were both yellow yaks. Not sure if they are on in this forum, but wondering how you guys did out there. Surf looked really small and I know there are some huge kelp beds out there. Thinking about launching there someday if the waves are that small.
