La Jolla 11/26
Killer conditions, tons of life, ankle slappers. Birds working all morning, mammals galore and did see a tight bird pile and BIG boils around 11:30 in 120 feet. When I got there it had fizzled, but some scattered squid were trying to hide under my yak. Water 61-63. Made some sweet little greenbacks and planned to fish lings. Lost a few as they would clamp down, then let go on the way up. BSB puked up squid as well, I was hoping he was a BIG ling.......super feisty fish. Pick your days and go fish!

Awesome conditions.
I get that same condensation from time to time. I think they have some sort of insert that you can install inside the camera to avoid it from happening, don't they? |
Nice morning, good video and music. Thanks for posting.

Nice! I went out Sunday and had a monster ling slam my rockfish I left sitting on my dropper loop. It let go about 15' off the bottom, dropped the rock back down and slammed me again. Peeled line and had my drag screaming a couple of times on the way up. I got it about 10'-15' from the kayak and it let go again. I couldn't get him to bite me again and it got bored and swam back down to the bottom.

The Go-Pro owners handbook suggest licking the lens to prevent fogging.
