Yes im in been talking about this for a while

Depending on date. June is out for me. I'll be in San Quintin, Baja.

What ever floats your boat. I will use mine.

I'm not joining but I'm curious....................are you guys going to have a support boat?

Is the plan to carry camping gear on the yaks or is that being shipped or hauled by a support boat (assuming there is one).

This was on my list of things to do this year that never got marked off my list. I like September though.

This crossing is done by more people than you think. Best spot is Cabrillo. I have rented kayaks several times for people as support boats to people SWIMMING the 22 mile crossing. I like John's disclaimer.

Im sure there are a few of us who also own boats that will be willing to support.

Put me on the list to pedal my Revo or just crew a support boat. I'm an old news photog' so put me down to snag a few pix and video too. Might be able to get my wife to help too.

VERY slim chance that this type of a pace will be maintained by you for close to 6 hours.

a more realistic pace would probably be 2-3 mph. I don't think any one of us could hold a 4mph pace for 5+ hrs. You guys should take a few practice runs; pedal/paddle from Redondo to Santa Monica or something similar, at a minimum this will give you a good idea of what to expect.
