Mission bay bite in early February?

Thinking of camping in the bay on 2/7, I know it's gonna be cold that weekend. Is fishing usually a grind this time of year or fishing pretty steady?

If the weather holds, you should have some decent fishing.

3 of us went yesterday. We fished hard with plastic and live bait. Didn't have much luck. I caught 1 bass
