Fishing rendezvous page??

Is it just me or are there quite a few people looking to get together and fish (myself included). Some use the fishing reports section, while others use the general section. Just an idea, but would having these meet ups in a centralized location be a good idea?

X2 :)

I have been on many forums and I think that is a very good idea. I have met many people on the forums I participated in.

Another idea that worked with the best forum I was a part of was a "non golf" folder. After exhausting all the talk about equipment to buy and talking about the tour there was nothing else to talk about.

Eventually the non golf folder was the most popular.

There also was a political/religious forum that was an opt in as many did not want to see those posts out in the open and I don't blame them!

They called it the dungeon!

Of course the golf forum that I was a part of had many more members than BWE but still I think a Buddy Fishing folder and a non fishing folder would be good.

I think an "off topic" folder would be great. Others would say it takes away from the main purpose of the forum. Personally I'm just grateful for the work put into keeping this site what it is and it running smoothly

I for one like the small amount of sub-forums. I also think that when looking for people to fish with it should be posted here and not in the reports.

X2. One thing i hate about bloody decks is the 200 sub sections. This isnice and to the point. I don't like seeing fish invites in the reports section either. It's only been recently that I'm seeing it more and more

You guys go to the individual forums? I just look at the recent threads from the main page.

I do agree there should at least be an off topic section, though the admins probably have a reason there isn't one.

Another feature I would like is a chat.

Some "fcku lonely housewives now" banners to click on too... My wife's been pissing me off lately.
