What radio would you choose

I have a few Bass pro shop gift cards and I am looking at these three radios listed below. All of them are $149.00. Which one would you guys buy.

1. Standard Horizon HX 300 floating
2. Cobra HH500 floating
3. Icom America Float and fllah IC- M24

That's the cobra I wanted it has Bluetooth built in...but I went with the cobra Mr hh350 for money reason I love my cobra and the battery life is amazing...
Also the 6w was a big thing for me most are only go to 5w
