I have been fishing as much as possible.
6/27 - The weather sucked. Got windy and the sea got ruff. By far the worst conditions I have stuck around in.

6/28/15 - Weather was much nicer. Still a little windy. The day started off great had 3 YT on board by 11:30. Thats when it all went down hill. Get a call on the radio that my buddy rolled his PA. We start to rush over to him. Thats when my rudder cable lets go. He loses almost all his gear and I have to get towed back in. It would have been a epic day.

7/3/15 - What a zoo in the morning. I had no idea that there was that many kayaks in the world. Seemed to slow way down in the afternoon and everyone left. Just in time for me to grab a nice YT and head for home.

7/5/15 - Get to the launch and water is calm. Find some greenbacks and head out. First fish I get kelps me bad. So much kelp when it floats up it is like my own personal patty. Start pulling kelp this way and that. My pal is like you lost it. I knew it was still there, after about 5 minutes we free it. It makes another run and then heads right back into the floating island kelp. I saw where he went and stuck him with the gaff and in the boat he goes. The second fish gets hooked. I fight him for a few, he is trying to kelp me. But after popping a few stringers he is at the boat. Sink the gaff and lift him up and the gaff hook falls off the gaff. Fish land back in the water with hook still in his back. I reach down and grab him by the mouth and pull him in. The third fish was attacked by a seal. Got him free for a second and tried to reach down and grab the fish. But the seal grabs him and pulls him right out of my hand. After a few more minutes the seal looses grip on the fish. I reel the YT in and grab him into the boat. The video of this is coming soon. So here is a picture.
