Anyone else out on the water today in MB?
 

I was out today from 1030- 1430. Didnt go out to open water untill about noonish. Saw a guy paddlin back in just before the mouth. Started gettin a lil windy & purty choppy just south of the jetty... Had a fun workout at least!

Just wondering if there is any kelp bed or structures outside Mission bay entrance? I was fishing inside last week, then paddle outside the jetty a bit but didn't see anyone fishing or kelp on the FF. Also, don't see many kayaks out there. May be if the tuna comes close enough, I would go out of mission bay.

You have to go south SW a little before you start running into kelp. Its still there but getting smaller daily.
