Need a General Contractor
 

Need a few permits pulled from the city of Torrance but they won't let me do it personally because I'm not a licensed general contractor. Any on here that could possibly help me out?

ALL Asians should be closely scrutinized on their home construction work, lol. Illegally converting garages to bedrooms...concreting their landscape to add front yard parking spaces...adding a rinky dink 2nd story to their existing house...what kind of work are you doing? Just need a new hood vent for the business. But city making me jump through hoops. Also been closed all month.

Commercial kitchen?you will need to install a fire protection blanket complete around the duct made by 3m,let your hood installer to secure permits
