Any 7-11. Not automated ice machine but they do have ice.

There's plenty of ice, free for the taking - in Greenland.

A location of where you might be looking for this ice would be helpful, but the 7-11 suggestion is probably the best...

you can do bags or just put your cooler under the machine.
