Where to fish monday morning?

Hey guys. Was wondering which bay has been producing more, San Diego Bay near shelter island launch or out there by the seaforth boat launch? I have some free time in the AM so was going to bring out the Tarpon 140.

I was near harbor island today and it was pretty dead.
