Yakima Stacker comes with box, papers, and round bar mounts. No straps.

Yakima Hullraiser comes with bow/stern and hull straps, both factory and round bar mounts, long and short bolts to cater to your specific racks, and papers. One hullraiser is missing one rubber pad but never had an issue during transport.
