North county intel

Just dropping some info. I was OTW for work today and Tuesday north of oceanside and also by Carlsbad. Surface temps were 22-25 degrees C but the bottom temps were still 14-16.

Also, this morning off of Cbad I saw multiple instances of bait crashing the surface but couldn't tell what was pushing them up. No birds were working them.
