Weather app
 

What's up BWE. New here and to kayak fishing. Drove down to San Pedro last Saturday to fish Cabrillo beach for the
first time and the wind was blowing pretty hard. Got there pretty late though. Decided that I was going to take a rain check but want to see if anyone can recommend a good weather app and some idea as to what is considered bad weather as far as wind is concerned, 5 mph, 10mph, 15?? Any help would be appreciated.
