Second trip on the new Lynx from Hobie. In and out of the water in an hour and a half. Trying to make bait, saw a quick meter mark and started casting a colt sniper- got this on the second cast. 33.5 after bleeding out. Thanks to the guys o the beach that took the pics.

You are making it look easy. What a great way to christen your new kayak, Congratulations!:yt:

Long time since I got a good one, time on the water

How’s the stability on that Lynx vs a PA?
|
Nice fish man! Great to hear there's some surface action out there :jig:

Thanks for the report...nice fish!

Congrats on the nice Homeguard. Looks like we were both, in the "right place at the right time" yesterday. I'm still downloading video and picts to post. You spend a lot less time on the water and did not have to deal with the wind that picks up almost daily around 11. I no longer have much of an issue because of the advantage of the Solo Skiff and Tohatsu 6HP outboard. You had an extremely productive short trip, I guess it makes up for all those extra long days on the water. Thanks for sharing. Tight Lines!

Yea. I though I saw you out there! Nice to get a good one- it has been awhile

It's very stable, just a little more squirrelly. It does not seem as prone to get out of control is you get sideways like the PA, but there is a huge difference when coming in with extra weight on the front- It would be better to have two the same size to balance the boat out.
