Tuna Poke Bowl
 

The weather the last couple of weekends had been less than cooperative -- Blowing too strong to allow pedaling out to 300ft for jigging. Last weekend I made it out just long enough to pick up a few.

This time I tried Yanni's Tuna Poke Bowl.

The rice bowls were a bit harder to make than I expected, but the end results were delicious!
