Mahi Mahi Ceviche Ceviche
Last Wednesday I did a drift trip out of Boynton Beach, FL. This time I did not have to bring any Little Tunny home as I caught Blackfin Tunas for Poke!

I used a recipe from the Food wishes Blog with chef John https://foodwishes.blogspot.com/search?q=MAHI+ On this recipe, I swapped out the radish for mango, added a little red pepper for color, and ate it on a Tostado instead of tortilla chips. The fresh fish recipes are becoming addictive! https://i.postimg.cc/YqMhbBmF/Mahi-Ceviche-Bwe.jpg Thanks Chef John! |
That is a nice pic of that Dorado. It is hard to get those colors to show.
Looks like a nice day on the water. |

That is so cool! Can't believe you get mahi from the kayak. And the tuna too, man...
