Making Bait in Mission Bay

Is there a reliable lace to try to pick up a few greenies in mission bay or just outside the jetty?

End of the jetty has always been pretty productive. If you want bait INSIDE the harbor just get a kayak scoop from the barge and save yourself the time

I second that. A sabiki casted into the bait pens have always proved to be productive
