Malone Inflatable Roof rack
 
R these any good? I would not be going too great a distance and probably on surface roads with minimum freeway. I currently am driving a leased Hyundai Sonata PHEV and do not want any "dents" as did occur once on a similar car, but probably because I cinched it down too tight.

I bought the Malone Handirack for a trip kayak fishing trip in the Bahamas. I was planning to rent a car and use the rack to transport my yak to a remote area of the island for launching. It never happened. I also would be curious to know if anyone has used it and what they thought of it?

yes, lets see if anybody responds with some input. The reviews I have read are mostly positive with a couple of caveats. When it rains, you get a bit of leakage from the side of the strap webbing back into the car. A couple said it was a good idea to keep your highway speeds to a minimum.
