Yeah, where the hbar meets the kayak. the mount point and the screws are still attached to my kayak but they will be removed during sale so buyer can see where they should be mounted.

I'm interested in the H-bar if it's still available. I can pick up any day, any time that's convenient. It appears the bar would work on my 2019 Outback.
