Before the freeze, sweet Jesus more tomatoe basil going in the pot, nothing better or more satisfying than picking and Potting from garden to
kitchen a great meal and with minimum things needed from the store. May not be as exciting as harvesting game. But definitely rewarding in great meals.

Tomatoes went alittle ripe...from an unexpected hospital stay....
had the pepperoni and sausage already bought, waiting for me when I got home
I'm staying alive.....
going to cut back on that

The sausage is hiding underneath.
All the pizzas 🍕 I made from my vegetable garden were vegetarian, I just had to do the meat lover once
But after this back to vegetarian, or a leaner meat like my turkey sticks....

Believe it or not, I thought my coffee days were done
 

But after no caffeine for 13 days and still having a heart beat rate above 100 bpm
I decided to drink 6oz and I could feel my heart smoothing out. So I got my meter and got for the first time a heart rate in the low 90s
6oz more and that's it still 90s.
But to much could throw me into arrhythmia

A lot of people are Afib and don't even know it.
 

Me I'm Afib with alot of scarring on my heart plus DVT.
From heavy lifting and maybe some partying too.
Sleep apnea and diabetes so enough said
After being hospitalized twice in the last year for a fast heart ❤️ rate I'm fkg talking red line high that don't come down i decided to get this meter recommended by the Dr that monitored me.
