Sunrise was great with the full moon setting...forgot my camera- no pics to share.
No waves to deal with on the higher tide, but the water was all the way up to the street. I caught one 14" yellow and was wondering why one this small would still be around this time of year. :sifone: |

14 inches or 14 pounds? Either way, that's small.
I remember seeing one guy catch the smallest YT I've ever seen. It was at LJ and I think it was less than 5lbs.... ..Now who was that guy?...clue: The size of his YT is inversely proportionate to the size of his boat... |
It was a whitefish.

The dorsal fin was solid, not in 2 sections like the picture. Maybe it was a whitefish, but the fork was yellow and so was the dorsal fin. I am not an expert, but have caught yellows on the cattle boats. This one looked like a smaller version. Hope this description helps.
