Fished the outgoing tide, west mission bay drive bridge out past the basins. 1 short hali, 1 sculpin, 1 chunky spottie all on live anchovies. Saw a few other short halibut caught, thats about it.

not sure on the length, but a super healthy, chunky fish. :)
