Hi its me Clay and i have been showing up at the mlpa meets and most of you dont show up so if you care about fishing then you start showing up :hmpf::hmpf:.

It isn't time to start showing up, this is literally the last chance to show up and comment. He understands how important this is. I hope everyone else does, and shows up to the final meeting October 21st.
