Hoop net buoy rigging
 

Hey guys, I'm looking for some ideas on rigging the buoy with a glow stick to keep it identifiable as mine and to keeping it visible on the water @ night.

Ive seen what I think were milk jugs with the glow stick inside?

Ideas? Pics? :lobster:

An empty milk jug with a glowstick inside works great, as do detergent bottles/juice containers. Dont worry if the plastic is colored as long as its not too thick they give off plenty of light to be visible. Just zip tie them to the your line.

Thanks J, I would have thought the containers would have to be clear. Thanks for the tip.

With those clear containers, make sure that the glo stick is visible above waterline.
