Thanks for the photos from across the pond! Looks beautiful out there. I've had dried cuttlefish, how do you prepare yours?
|
Great pics, nice inshore fishing.
Were you just targeting them that day? |
Great pics.:cheers1: I know cuttlefish are your target and probably pretty delicious, but do you guys ever pin one of those on an 8/0 hook and send 'em back down? They don't look like apex predators, and i'm sure they look like a tasty snack to something other than you
|
Great picts and thanks for the report :cheers1:
|
What do you use to catch them
What kind of set up do you use?
|
This is the set up that we use to catch cuttlefish, octopus and squids.

Thanks for sharing your adventure Sparrow. Looks like a beautiful day on the water with your buddys. If you ever fly over here and want to fish, let me know. You can borrow my boat. (My boat is not the fish killing machine that some of these guys have, but it works.) All I ask in return is a glass of Porto and a plate of cuttlefish next time I am in Portugal!
Cheers! Tom |
Thanks for the invitation, and when you come to Portugal my kayak is also available, and includes a snack of cuttlefish and a glass (or a bottle :D) of Port wine...
