Fished Monday after work.I doofed in the sand and started to get stuck.Be careful it can get really bad.Josh helped get me unstuck :you_rock:short story,I got a 42#:wsb:on a hail mary drop in the kelp at dusk.A PB was good for the OTW photos.Loaded everything into the yak including the fish and tightened my croakies for the ride in.It was pitch black and i surfed a huge wave in.I was pretty stoked even though this fish was nothing compared to the 57.5 incher, I was just glad I didnt dump it even though I was ready.:)

gutted the fish out in the water.thats why it looks skinny in the vert shot.I was able to pack the belly with ice as well as cover it with about 60# ice in 2 trash bags in the back of my truck under the tool box because I had to work all day today before i could fillet it.When I remembered that I had forgotten the ice chest,i remember thinking "oh well,I hope it becomes a problem later":D
