Conditions at LJ

Im curious about the conditions at LJ. I was out at North County beaches with fair size surf 7-8'. I was wondering if LJ was similar or not.

I live a bit north but with the surf cam down I have no reference.

Any info on the conditions today or tomorrow would be helpfull. No Im not looking for psychics, just if someone who may be there tomorrow, info would be good.

I surfed this afternoon at Tourmaline in Pacific Beach, and the waves weren't too big. The surf was much better than it has been the past few days, but it's nothing to fuss over.
