I have never tried Costas, had a couple pairs of Maui Jims, liked the lenses, did not really care for the fit of them.

Fished Dana Point earlier in the week. Lots of action on the sardines. fished the beach for a bunch of raked baits, couple short halibut, sandbass, couple short seabass, 1 leopard and 1 keeper...

This will have 2 separate divisions. Bass, biggest 3 fish, artificials only and halibut, biggest over all, with live bait...

7 footer makes way more sense to me, the extra foot is only helping cast the bait, not usually the way we fish bait from the kayak. Now for casting swimbaits I'd rather have the 8 than the 7.
