I will be fishing out at newport this comming sunday with 4 of my buddys, we usually rent the skiffs out at daveys locker and roam around the harbor but we all just recently puchased kayaks this year. Any tips/input on fishing outside the harbor would be gladly appreciated! Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us we will launch at about 6:30am
