Bernasconi is infamous for having cars broken into there. Never seen it for myself but there is always broken glass in the parking lot, especially outside of the gate.

Whatever you do, drift a night crawler at the same time. Anything there will eat it, I dont know about the striper though.

Inflate to give it some buoyancy and drop shot it 3-4' from the bottom. Or pinch on a few split shot 12" above, just enough keep it down, and fish it at different depths. I use 4lb leader & swivel to 6lb because Split shot sometimes kinks lighter line. Drift one rod with half a worm and the other with a 3/4" piece. Pan fish will pick apart a large worm. If trout hits your half worm, have your buddy pull the 3/4" piece in and swap it for a half a worm. Viceversa for the 3/4" piece.


As for Bass, cant help you there

BTW, the gates are suposed to be closed weds and thurs untill the end of the month. You can still walk in. Have fun pulling your yaks up the driveway
