There are some changes coming for the cards this season.
As I understand it the "new" seasonal report cards will be available after August 15 and they will be valid from September 28, 2013 through March 19, 2014. The cards are not currently available online now but the should show up shortly. It's important to note that the deadline for the return of the 2013-2014 lobster report cards will be April 30, 2014.
Supposedly we'll be able to mail it in or return (file) our cards electronically online. Here's the rub: If you do not return your lobster report card by the deadline you will then be assessed a $20.00 non-return fee (fine) when you try and buy your 2014/2015 lobster report card. So if you do not want to get fined you better send it in on time.
