I gotta give a shout out to Jon over at Ocean Kayak. Long story short had an issue with my new-ish Comfort Zone OK seat which I use in my P13. Shot an email to them explaining the situation along with a few pics of the area of concern. They sent over a brand new replacement which delivered earlier than expected. And I get to keep my old one which will likely be used as a fort wall when the kids have their nerf battles.
Great customer service to deal with in my book. This is my 2nd OK yak and seat combo, first one had zero issues. Looking forward to one of those badass Ultras in the future. Remember to save those receipts and register the serial #'s... it will pay off when you least expect it. Happy Holidays and thanks again O.K.
