Can you imagine the driver of that truck and what was going on in his shorts while that was happening?

The news was saying there's a road slightly inland that still goes down there to Ensenada, I'm wondering if this is just North of Ensenada, of if it's more up near TJ. If it's closer to TJ they are in trouble.

Looks like it took out the coastal route but the more inland route is still accessable
