Are those Bungy chords? Don't roll that thing or say bye bye to your tank. Not trying to knock your craftsmanship, just speaking from experience. The way you have that tank supported, the angles the straps are at plus the weight of a full tank. It's not if, is WHEN that setup will fail. First off your support should PULL in opposite directions AWAY from the center of the crate. Also Bungy chords are stretchy. If the weight of the tank shifts you're done. If the cords are stretched to the point that they are tight that means they are at their weakest point and can fail.
