Good Job Tony! your Baja video was really good stuff. I would also replace both sprockets and shaft on your drive.
I noticed there is no space between the top of your sprockets and the bottom of the spline.
Notice how much
space there is between the spline and sprockets in the picture below. Your sprockets are really worn-out. I would not tighten the chains any more.
