I have a friend coming to town and I recently moved here. I got a few hoop nets and reading the forums and hooping it up book. I am going to try going out 02OCT2014 in the kayak to hoop net.
Any advice of where we should go? we were looking at launching shelter island by Bali Hai. I saw other people hooping there and do not think there is any regulation against that area.
