I think out job is to raise above this lowly behavior and welcome new persons to the sport. Not try to make them feel bad by way of making ones self feel more important. Just ask yourself, you were never new to the sport? Or perhaps someone abused you? That's likely the case.
Ask yourselves, who came first , the egg, the fish,or the fisherman?
