What kind of rod? If it is a Shimano they should fix it for free and Calstar/seeker are pretty good about helping you out too I hear.

But if its older or you don't want to wait a month for the manufacturer to fix it, try going MM rods in Point Loma. They specialize in custom making rods, so I'm sure they can fix the seat of your rod as well.
