Well it happened, our Governator signed the bill last night. La Jolla will be closed for fishing from P.B. Point to Flat Rock and 3 miles out beginning May 1st. I wish we would have had an opportunity to fight it with the great folks at KFACA and United Anglers. Maybe if more of you had gotten off your asses and signed up we would have had a chance.
