The Sx's ratios on the ones I own are, 5.0:1 and 5.3:1.

My MXL's are 6.3:1 and one that is 4.5:1.

I like them all. The 4.5:1 can actually come in really handy (no pun intended)

My clickers work just fine from big macs to small macs. If I need to, I can adjust the drag a touch and put it into the live bait position. Great reels for LaJolla!
