Newport Harbor 7/31
On water 7:00 and off by 11:00. Very slow day, nothing pulled in and very few nibbles. Threw plastics, live anchovies and nothing. My plan was to hit CDM kelp beds but my bait well crapped out so stayed in harbor. Nobody was pulling in much only the occasional bass or but and they were small.
