I Believe the biggest kayak catches are taken from the big Island of Hawaii and
a few nice ones have also been taken out of Oahu. I would inquire with the kayak dealers and try to message some of the kayak anglers on FB or Instagram.

I have heard good things about Jon Jon Tabon. I believe he is still based out of Maui.
