Emailed letters that aren't read, public speaking time cut short, being told by the elitists (BRTF) that you will not be allowed to exercise free speech, chairpersons of the committee patronizing people who feel the need to express how their decisions could affect them, scripted question and answer meetings, back room dealings, and private organizations funding the process to alleviate the financial burden of the taxpayers...
The whole process was agenda driven, they knew what they wanted, and made every effort possible to ensure the outcome was in their favor.
