I agree with dsafety, and understanding that the event is advertised as a for ACS event, would it be possible to maybe earmark some of the funds, say a percentage of money raised each tournament, with the knowledge that it be used as needs arise?
Just a thought...either way, all for it, the Moyer/Sammons families put in alot of hard work, for a good cause, it is a great gesture...
