Hey Eric,
I have those waders in large. They are a little big for me both in length and the boot size. I am 5' 9", 9 1/2" shoe. As you know, I am a bit bigger around the middle than you. My waders work fine but I wish I had gotten the Medium.
Next time we meet, you can try mine on for size. PM me if you want to come to my house.
