Go Pro is nice, I have one. The only negative is the buttons are hard to operate. I've missed lots of good footage because I couldn't get it in record mode quick enough.
www.helmetcameracentral is where I got mine and it was the best price I could find. I am showing $179.99 atm.
As an alternative, look at the Polaroid Playsport HD. It looks like a cellphone and has just about the same features as the Go Pro but is less (around $150), has 128mb internal memory (+ SD card slot), and has a viewscreen so it can double as a regular video camera instead of just a helmet cam. I am hoping to get one for Christmas
