Does anyone have any insight to the Okuma 2 speed reel on sale at Big5 for $99

marked down from $299?? It is the TG 10 ll 2 speed lever drag it holds about 300 yds of 100# spectra with enough room for a topshot. I'm not sure how much drag pressure it has.
