Chili Verde Lobster Stacked in Sopes Topped with Goat Cheese
This lobster recipe didn't come from the movie "Inception".
But one morning a while back, I woke up with this thought
in my head: I'm going make lobster with Chili Verde and Goat
Cheese and stack it inside a Mexican Sope.
The next night, a kayaking buddy dropped by some lobsters.
